The Quad City Region is a strategic  trade and distribution center located 165 miles directly west of Chicago at the crossroads of Interstate 80 and the Mississippi River. The region is home to nearly 400,000 people and a diverse base of nearly 10,000 businesses, including the world headquarters of Deere & Company, Kraft Foods, Nestlé  Purina PetCare, Roadway, US Holland and Barjan.
