Interstates 80 and 88 link the Quad City Region to Chicago and to the east and west coast. I-74 is a major traffic corridor linking the Quad City Region to Indianapolis and Cincinnati. U.S. highways 6, 30, 34, 61, 67 and 150 travel north / south and east / west throughout the region. Numerous other state highways that offer good local access for both trucks and passenger vehicles. Airports
The Quad City International Airport has been recently upgraded and expanded to include a new passenger terminal, new taxiways, new parking areas and ramps. The airport is served by several major airlines providing 60 daily flights, cost competitive as well as “stress-free” passenger service. The airport has a 10,000 ft. runway that can accommodate international cargo. There are three cargo facilities for every available ramp and expansion capabilities. A number of air freight companies are located at the airport including Airborne Express International, BAX Global and Emery Worldwide. A Foreign Trade Zone and U.S. Custom Office are located at the airport enabling international inbound and outbound shipments.
 
Davenport Municipal Airport offers general aviation services, complete instrument approaches, daytime weather reporting services and private aircraft rental and maintenance, and runways measuring 5,501 ft. and 4,100 ft.
